SPOTLIGHT: Singer Airto

It feels so good inside when I find that one person that can sing and give me goosebumps. It doesn't happen very often though. I mean I'm talking Caleb Folliwell(Kings of Leon), R.Kelly, John Legend. Those guys with soul and raspy-ness in their voices. Anyway I actually found one guy on youtube that gives me butterflies. Let the birds sing and rejoice!! This guy is AMAZING. I first heard his cover of 'Best I Ever Had' by Drake and dammit I fell in love! His name is Airto (he has a vid on how to pronounce his name..lol I guess we have that in common) and he's from the Netherlands. But anyway he has some really good covers and some originals that are definitely worth checking out. Plus he wears plaid shirts in almost ALL of vids...cool points!!

SPOTLIGHT: Singer Melina

Ok, so I pretty much live on youtube and I come across crazy talented people all the time. Melina is a singer born in Congo (which is in Africa by the way!) but she moved to South Africa at an early age because of the civil war in Congo. This girl has crazy range and her voice can adapt to what she sings so well. AND she can rap. Chick is bad! Yes, I am jealous, but I think she deserves to be here because she is awesome! I think it's fitting that she's the first female in a post so there you go.

Everyone who knows me knows that I'm obsessed with sneakers. Imagine how excited I got when I discovered Drew. So i was getting my daily dose of youtube one day and I came across a video of a beauty guru (Kalel Cullen her channel>>>>>

Anyways she was showing a bunch of stuff she got and she showed this REALLY cool pair of sneakers and I knew I had to find out more! So I checked out his myspace and this dude is crazy talented! He's designed sneakers for Alyson Stoner (Camp Rock/ the kid who danced in a lot of Missy's vids), Selena Gomez, and Mandy (Miley Cyrus's BFF). Definitely someone to look out for.

SPOTLIGHT: Rapper D-Pryde

It's such a shame when there is such great talent out there and the person is not even signed! The first thought that came into my mind when I first heard D-PRYDE was, "Why the hell is he not signed?" But I guess it's gonna happen for him when it does. In the mean time, let me give him the SPOTLIGHT coz God knows he deserves it!

SPOTLIGHT:Choreographer Dejan Tubic

Ok so according to me (and many other people!) youtube is one of the greatest inventions since sliced bread! Youtube has been there for all those lazy summer evenings and those cold winter snow days. Anyway, it always amazes me the talented people that are out there and are STILL not famous. So my first ever blog SPOTLIGHT goes to Dejan Tubic.
